Starter and Professional show monthly and annual options. Annual savings are calculated from the approved monthly price annualized against the approved yearly price.

What counts as an internal user?

An internal user is a contractor workspace user, including Owners, Admins, Managers, Project Managers, Technicians, and Employees who sign in to VolteraForge.

How do role limits work?

Project Manager and Technician/Employee allowances describe the role capacity packaged with each plan. Enterprise role counts are negotiated by contract.

What is an active project?

Active-project limits apply to open contractor project records. Completed or archived work can be kept for history without being positioned as new active capacity.

How is storage counted?

Storage covers contractor documents and drawing assets managed inside VolteraForge. Larger storage needs are handled through Enterprise terms or future add-ons.

How do OCR and AI allowances work?

OCR pages, Drawing Chat Beta requests, and Visual Intelligence Beta requests are monthly allowances for document processing and source-grounded assistance. AI and document results must be verified before operational use.

Can we upgrade later?

Plan upgrades are handled through the guarded billing workflow and verified Stripe webhooks when billing is configured. Do not rely on public card prices as billing authority.

How does Enterprise onboarding work?

Enterprise is contact-sales only. Users, projects, storage, OCR, AI usage, onboarding, support, and contract terms are negotiated with VolteraForge.
