How do monthly and annual billing work?

Starter and Professional show monthly and annual options. Annual savings are calculated from the approved monthly price annualized against the approved yearly price.

What counts as an internal user?

An internal user is a contractor workspace user, including Owners, Admins, Managers, Project Managers, Technicians, and Employees who sign in to VolteraForge.

How do role limits work?

Internal-user limits count active workspace memberships. Project Managers and Technicians/Employees also count toward their respective role limits, within the total internal-user allowance.

What is an active project?

Active-project limits count unarchived projects in Planning, Active, On Hold, or At Risk status. Completed or archived projects do not consume active-project capacity.

How is storage counted?

Drawing storage counts retained drawing-revision file bytes, including archived files until physical deletion. GiB means 1,073,741,824 bytes. This allowance is not a meter for every document in the workspace.

How do OCR and AI allowances work?

OCR pages, Drawing Chat Beta requests, and Visual Intelligence Beta requests use UTC calendar-month allowances where the corresponding feature is included. Provider availability, supported files, and authorization still apply. Verify AI and document results before operational use.

Can we upgrade later?

Eligible Starter and Professional upgrades use the secure billing flow. Review the final plan, billing interval, price and activation details shown before confirming a subscription change. Business onboarding is sales-assisted.

How does Business onboarding work?

Business is sales-assisted and provisioned by the platform team, not selected through public signup. The comparison shows published approved plan allowances. Contact Sales to discuss onboarding; existing customer billing and entitlements are preserved.
