Privacy Policy

VolteraForge may process contractor account data, company membership, customer contact records, project/work-order/financial metadata, uploaded drawing files, extracted drawing text, AI chat questions/answers, customer portal/account data, approval responses, support access logs, and audit logs.

Password hashes, token hashes, provider credentials, signed file URLs, and raw secrets are not shown in normal application UI.

Data is used to operate contractor workflows, coordinate customer/project records, generate documents, send transactional email where configured, provide customer portal visibility, support account access, and maintain audit/security records.

Drawing Chat may send bounded prompts and source context to the configured AI provider when the feature is used. Customer portal/account pages do not expose extracted text or AI chat.

Backups, audit logs, and workspace records may be retained for operational and security purposes. Automated retention/deletion lifecycle is future-only unless separately configured.

Users and customers should contact their contractor or platform administrator for correction, access, or removal requests. Jurisdiction-specific legal review is recommended before broad paid public launch.
