Version and effective date
This Acceptable Use Policy is version 2026-09-11-v2 and is effective as of 11 September 2026.
Permitted use
Use VolteraForge for lawful contractor operations and related customer, project, document, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and field-work activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and the information you submit are authorized and comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to distribute malicious software, unlawful material, payment-card data, authentication secrets, provider credentials, or information you are not authorized to process.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe another workspace, misuse tenant or customer information, or consume resources in a way that degrades the service for others.
Professional judgment
Software-generated information, extracted document text, and automated assistance must not be the sole basis for electrical design, code, safety, permitting, legal, tax, accounting, or engineering decisions.
Qualified professionals and the controlling project documents, codes, permits, and authority requirements must be consulted where applicable.
