VolteraForge provides SaaS tools for electrical contractor operations, including customers, projects, work orders, scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoices, drawings, customer portal records, reports, and related workflows.

Contractors are responsible for their records, users, customer communications, project decisions, billing decisions, file uploads, and compliance with applicable laws, contracts, codes, and professional standards.

VolteraForge does not guarantee electrical code, design, safety, permit, legal, tax, accounting, or engineering compliance.

AI, extraction, document, report, approval, and customer portal features are operational aids only. Licensed professionals, actual project documents, applicable code, local amendments, and AHJ requirements must be verified independently.

Users must protect account access and avoid uploading secrets or unauthorized data. The platform may restrict access for security, abuse, or operational reasons.

Live Stripe payment collection, hosted invoice payment methods, formal e-signature certificates, and customer payments are not active in this V1 foundation unless separately launched after legal and billing hardening.

Service availability may be affected by hosting, provider configuration, maintenance, backups, storage, email, AI providers, or operational incidents.
