Support Access Policy

Platform support access disclosure for tenants and customers.

This is practical product policy copy for V1 readiness and is not formal legal advice. Qualified legal review is recommended before broad paid public launch.

Read-Only Support Access

Platform owner/support access is read-only in V1. It requires a support reason, a time-limited session, a visible contractor workspace banner, and audit logging.

Support access does not impersonate a tenant user, customer account, payment identity, or email identity.

Limits

Silent tenant switching, write impersonation, customer impersonation, and support write actions are not connected.

Users should never share passwords, one-time links, provider credentials, token values, or secrets with support staff.

Audit Disclosure

Support session start/end/expiry and blocked mutation attempts are audit logged. V1 audit logs use a tamper-evident hash-chain foundation, while external WORM/KMS notarized storage remains future-only.
