Data Processing Notice
How VolteraForge handles tenant, customer, and project data.

Tenant Isolation
VolteraForge stores contractor workspace records by company/tenant and uses active-company scoping for contractor pages and actions.
Customer portal and customer account views show only records that the contractor explicitly publishes or makes portal-visible.
Data Categories
Workspace data may include account details, company membership, customer records, projects, work orders, estimates, invoices, drawings, extracted text, chat questions/answers, approval responses, communication logs, audit logs, and operational metadata.
Customer payment methods, formal e-signature certificates, public file downloads, customer-visible OCR/AI, automated takeoff, and recurring billing automation are not connected in the current V1 scope.
Providers And Support Access
The app may use hosting/VPS infrastructure, PostgreSQL database storage, private object storage, transactional email, and an AI provider for Drawing Chat when enabled.
Platform support access is read-only, reason-required, time-limited, visibly bannered, and audit logged. Write impersonation and customer impersonation are future-only.
